Her voice, her voice was angelic! As she stood there in the middle of the stage singing the Canadian Anthem, Scott felt goosebumps creeping all over him. He stood to a freeze and could not take his eyes off the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. A Goddess, he thought to himself, and could not believe that they were both put on the same stage at the same time, on this very special day of The Awards.
After the crowd applauded Sammy-Lynn’s opening tribute to her country, she turned around to introduce Scott. As he walked towards the center of the stage, their eyes met and the world stood still, everything seemed to be in slow motion and the stare between them was so intense it was magnetizing; the walk from backstage to center stage seemed to have taken forever, but he finally managed to get there.
Facing the Goddess, he heard absolutely nothing of what she said, his focus was on her deliciously red lips and he was mesmerized by the way they moved. With difficulty he diverted his focus and was now in direct eye contact with Sammy-Lynn, he felt short of breath and knew instantaneously that she was the one for him.
